“ Finally found decent NY Style pizza! Walked in to a familiar aroma. Bought by the slice. Opened the small box to for a satisfied viewing. Ultimate test was next. Perfect one hand fold with the tip making its legendary downward drop which forced me to raise it up high and into my mouth. All the flavors hit all at once. Without reaching for my soda I quickly ate the second slice to recapture the moment. The pizza bones could not be saved for the doggies cause they were that freaking delicious ”

“ Yesterday I visited P&P for the first time. I ordered a large Sicilian pizza with pepperoni. It was VERY good. I've lived in NEO for 14 years and it's hard to find good Sicilian pizza. I've had good Sicilian pizza in NYC and in my original hometown near Philadelphia, which has some of the best NY style Sicilian pizza. It was a real treat to have such a great tasting Sicilian pizza in NEO. I'll definitely be back soon to try their round thin NY style pizza. The service was also good. The workers/owners were very friendly. I had ordered a Pepsi with my meal and the lady gave me a cup with ice. I know this may sound insignificant but it very nice gesture... and much appreciated. I would highly recommend you try out this restaurant if you're hungry for some great tasting pizza. ”

“ This place has always served fantastic pizza but it's beginning to seem very neglected, I'm not sure to blame the landlord instead, but it puts one off, the lobby with the ceiling tiles and the smell. Do try it anyway, friendly, seems well run otherwise and always good. ”
“ Update: l had P&P again at a lunch event and the traditional pie was significantly better than the sheet pizza I had previously. The crust is very true to NY style, and the ratio of sauce/toppings to dough was perfect— I didn’t need the additional side sauce that the owners offered. It’s one of the few places in the Mentor area to get sheet pizza from, but the dough on the sheet pizza is much thicker than expected compared to NY style. From my previous review I wanted to reiterate that the salad was very good— full of toppings and a generous side of dressing. The staff is also very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I may not get the sheet pizza again, but the traditional pies and salads are easily 5 star quality. ”
